Shipping, Returns & Refunds policy

SHIPPING
If Post Order Processing goods will be shipped within 10 working days therefrom. Registered Customers can check their order status from the MY ORDER page. Non-registered customers will receive timely e-mails stating their Order Status.

Note: Working days do not include Saturdays, Sundays & Public Holidays as prescribed by the Govt. of India

Orders will be delivered by a Reputed Courier Agency between 10 A.M to 6 P.M. Any complaint regarding delay, deficiency, etc. shall be the sole responsibility of the said Courier Agency.

Delays occurring due to unforeseen events such as the Unavailability of the Recipient, Administrative & Political instability in your region, Extreme weather conditions, Natural Calamities, Destination Custom Clearance process, etc. are not warranted under the provisions of the shipping policy. A shipping period of 10 working days is not applicable to remote and interior locations with limited/minimal accessibility.

EXCHANGE
If you would like to exchange, please contact our team at ( info@theeightseven.com) within 5 days of receiving the item.
The product will only be accepted if sent back in perfect selling condition and unworn.
All items are inspected thoroughly before an exchange is processed. -Items found worn/ used / unsellable will be rejected and returned back to you.
If you receive a defective product, please share images at ( info@theeightseven.com) within 5 days of receipt as we cannot assist you after that time frame.
The exchange once confirmed has to be shipped by the customer with the tracking ID sent to us at (info@theeightseven.com)
Once we receive the returned item we will process the exchange within 7-10 business days.
Exchange can be done on the same product for the size only once.
Exchanges are subject to availability, we cannot guarantee that the size you need will be in stock. We will issue you a CREDIT if the size you need is unavailable. The CREDIT is valid for 1 month from the date of issue.

CANCELLATION AND RETURN
Cancellation and refund are not possible against any orders.
In case of a return on any order, the amount will be credited back to the customer in the form of a COUPON

ON-SALE PURCHASE
Products purchased on sale cannot be cancelled once the order is placed and are not eligible for Refund/ exchange
